Internet Up and Down In Phoenix NW Metro

Internet has been up and down multiple times per day for the past few weeks. Only got 2 or 3 alerts from Cox about service interruptions. Down Detector showing I’m not the only one with issues. High amount of Uncorrectable Errors in the modem log.

What’s going on with the Cox network? Maintenance, upgrades, unresolved problems or what ?  It would be nice for Cox to tell us ! ! !

    I hear they are installing more fiber for FTTP in some areas which might be causing problems. Can you post your signal levels?
