Getting 15% packet loss on my end here. Definitely not worth $90 a month

Agreed this has been such a pain in the butt. I've called tech support like 20+ times and nothing works.
- ChrisLFormer ModeratorI'm sorry to hear you're experiencing packet loss. Do you have any trace routes showing the packet loss so we may investigate further where it may be originating from?

Mines been really bad for about 2 years, but in the last month its dropped my upload speed to under half a MB. It seems as if they are throttling high upload applications . Because everything thing else seems normal.
