Cloud DVR recordings freeze constantly
We had a Cox DVR box and were told it was failing and we should switch to Cox Cloud DVR
We did, nothing but problems - recordings freeze for minutes or seconds during playback or fast forward, sound goes away while still playing - every evening, various recordings
We have reset the boxes, nothing seems to help
Internet speed (Cox Gigablast) shows 900 mbps consistency during the problems, so doubt it is bandwidth
Any ideas on who to call or things to try?
