Intermittent Internet

For the last 3-4 weeks I have been getting constant internet disconnects that last less than a minute but long enough to disconnect me from gaming. This happens multiple times a day. I have done every version of a rest on my modem you can think of and I still have the issue. I don't know why it started all of a sudden and why it keeps happening. It seems to only happen when I am gaming. I don't get it.
