Constant random outages at home

On Friday, the modem, less than a year old and is my own, restarted 3 times in the evening. Saturday, it happened 13 times throughout the day. Sunday by 2 pm, 17 restarts...went online and selected the "care" Package, adding $10 a month to my bill.

Not sure what kind of game is being played here. I occasionally work from Home, but I can't if I have unreliable internet. If this can't be fixed, Starlink is starting to look pretty good.

Feel free to help out if my business means anything..
