Agreed this has been such a pain in the butt. I've called tech support like 20+ times and nothing works.

Mines been really bad for about 2 years, but in the last month its dropped my upload speed to under half a MB. It seems as if they are throttling high upload applications . Because everything thing else seems normal.

I have experienced upto 71% packet loss. File a complaint with the FCC, otherwise cox wont pay any attention to your issues.
