As it as often as every 30 mins and experience packet loss at all times or lag spikes. At this point it’s pretty much unusable especially at night time.

I do get T3 time outs quite often.

The T3 timeout is your real problem. A DRW violation is a momentary glitch, but a T3 timeout is a complete loss of upstream connectivity. You should focus on the T3 timeouts not the DRW violations. If you follow all the instructions given by the Cox representatives and the problem continues you will need a Cox tech to troubleshoot the issue.
