Audio missing on Fox Nation program

I purchased Fox Nation app from Cox yesterday specifically to watch The Saints series. Tried to watch episode 1 on Joan of Arc. There is no Audio for the show. Tried everything I can think of but no success. All other programs I’ve tried on Fox Nation work fine. Seems to be just this one program. Perhaps a corrupt audio file??? Cox support no help. Anyone else having this problem?

    UPDATE

    I went to a relative’s house in DFW area and accessed my Fox Nation account from their TV. The Saints works fine on their TV. Still doesn’t have audio from my phone on Cox Contour TV app. I live in Tulsa OK area. Not sure why it is different in DFW but perhaps it is area specific problem.

        Same issue, no sound for Saints, which we have paid for 2 days ago, we live in fredericksburg, va

    Having the same issue. Also purchased Fox Nation just for this program.

      This happens on my The Saints.  How to fix?

This issue has been escalated to our back office video team and it is the process of repair. Thank you for your patience. We do not currently have a timeline but do expect this to be addressed completely very soon.
