Audio missing on Fox Nation program

I purchased Fox Nation app from Cox yesterday specifically to watch The Saints series. Tried to watch episode 1 on Joan of Arc. There is no Audio for the show. Tried everything I can think of but no success. All other programs I’ve tried on Fox Nation work fine. Seems to be just this one program. Perhaps a corrupt audio file??? Cox support no help. Anyone else having this problem?

    Having the same issue. Also purchased Fox Nation just for this program.

      This happens on my The Saints.  How to fix?

        Thank you for providing this information about the audio on Fox Nation programming of The Saints. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. This issue has been escalated to our back office video team and it is the process of repair. Thank you for your patience. We do not currently have a timeline but do expect this to be addressed completely very soon.

    UPDATE

    I went to a relative’s house in DFW area and accessed my Fox Nation account from their TV. The Saints works fine on their TV. Still doesn’t have audio from my phone on Cox Contour TV app. I live in Tulsa OK area. Not sure why it is different in DFW but perhaps it is area specific problem.

        Same issue, no sound for Saints, which we have paid for 2 days ago, we live in fredericksburg, va

    How is this issue coming along.  Can you update us on the repair?   I was looking forward to watching The Saints on Fox Nation this weekend.

      At this time we don't have an update available, but I can confirm we are still working with the distributor to get the replacement content loaded. Please know that this is a priority for us but we do not own or create the content so we are limited in the actions we can take to get this corrected without partnering with the provider. I apologize for any inconvenience the trouble has caused.

  • I have been trying for several nights to watch The Saints and have encountered the same no-audio issue.  So glad to hear I'm not the only one this is happening to!  I'm in Santa Barbara CA

    Yes same issue here also......However I believe I've found the issue. Our tvs that we were trying to watch fox Nation on had external speakers setup on them. Once we went directly to the app (not thru cox) and signed up it loaded and went directly to the TV speakers! Problem is with cox and their associated app with fox nation

      To cont.....Still not happy about this I want the app to work with my external surround sound system!  Fix it COX & Fox

      All the other fox nation series works with sound just the Saints has no sound! What's the problem Cox?  We want a refund at this point its taking too long.
