can't connect to contour

Windows 7 - Chrome browser

I try "Watch TV Online" links and get:

This site can’t be reached took too long to respond.

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ALL other URLs are reachable.

Permissions somewhere?  COX? Windows7? Chrome?

  • Hi bethjim, not only is it recommended to clear cookies and cache on your web browser, but I would also suggest trying other web browsers to see if you receive different results. Here is a link that lists the system requirements for our Contour service, Per the article, this requires the following:

    IE9 or higher
    Microsoft Edge
    Chrome 31 or higher
    Firefox 24 or higher
    Safari 10
