Contour App does not work on iOS
Starting sometime in the afternoon of 10 May, the Contour App on iOS stopped recognizing that I was connected to my in-home Wifi. This means I could not watch Live TV. I can see the Guide, but when I select a program, the "Watch" button is grayed out and there is a message that I need to connect to my in-home wifi. I verified that Cox Contour works fine in a web browser on PC. I verified that Cox Contour app works fine on an Android device. I verified that Cox Contour app does not work on either of two iOS devices. I verified that all are connected to the same in-home wifi access point.
Amazon Prime
We tried to start the 3rd season of Reacher, launching from Contour…nothing happened, then an error message came up “Oops…” but it goes away before we can read it. I tried to start the app to get the show from there, but the same occurred. Other apps work fine as always. Is there a resolution or perhaps just try later? This have never happened. thanks.
STILL NO CHAT TRANSCRIPTS
Multiple times I have been told that there is an option to get your CHAT transcript emailed to you when you end the chat. This still is not available and I want to know why it’s been several years and several people have posted and other users have told me that they have the same problem so I’m sure COX is aware and chooses not to have a CHAT transcript so they cannot be held accountable. I am using the app not a computer.
