Why do I have to sign in to the Contour App daily on my Apple TV?
The app makes me sign in every day. I appreciate any insight.

make sure your apple tv isn't set to reset logins. Some settings reset every 24 hours, and that could cause you to have to login daily.
- Hi Rob A, I'm sorry the Forums community doesn't have any insights for you. I haven't been able to find an Apple TV user in order to test what's happening. Have you tried deleting the Contour App and downloading it again from the Apple TV’s app store? That's the only suggestions my team can provide. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
