RDK 03032 error

Getting RDK 03032 error every day for the last 3 weeks. All wires are good, haven't been touched. Will reset everything, rarely helps. Tried sending signals, they say it was unsuccessful. I finally text or call cox and it always fixes when I'm on with them so they say there is nothing they can do if it's fixed... Then the next day, it's back doing it. Extremely frustrating.

      I reached out this morning and tried everything they recommended. Nothing helped this time so they set a appointment for tomorrow morning. While I appreciated the help, it's frustrating paying when we haven't been able to watch much over the last 2 weeks. 🙁
