TCM (San Diego 058) Image Messed Up

Since around early December 2024, TCM (san diego 058) has had a completely unwatchable picture...though the sound is ok.   It is severely distorted, pixelated, etc.   Only that channel appears to have an issue.   Tried "hard" reset (several times), and again with online tech support.  Nothing fixes it, indeed it has gotten worse as time goes on.  And it isn't just my connection, I see it everywhere in the area.

It seems to me this is on their receiving/xmitting side.   Tech support refused to report it, and continued to claim it is my box and would like to send a Technician out..no thanks.

Anyone else seeing this?  How do I get them to actually look at their own channel transmission?

    If you're seeing a distorted and pixelated picture for the same channel at multiple locations, it's probably an issue originating at the transmission source.  There's probably little that you or Cox can do to fix it, but Cox management should contact the broadcast provider and notify them of the video issues that are occurring.
