Terrible service

Everyday I have to reboot my system at least 6to 10 times a day for the last 8 months. I pay you $450 per month, i deserve better service  than I'm  getting  from you.you threaten me always to shut off my service. FIX MY SERVICE AND QUIT MAKING EXCUSES
