RDK-03033

I’ve been getting this error code every single day, multiple times a day for the past month and it’s really annoying. I’ve checked connections, reset my modem, reset my router many many many times but the TV and internet still go off for no reason. Is it just a matter of returning the equipment and getting new equipment?
