Error RDK-03033

Back to receiving these RDK errors has there been a solution to solve this problem? I am so tired of rebooting this **bleep** Contour box. Also already had the techs out checked all the cables and the line to my house due to some pixelation issues. Before I start calling Cox anybody solve this issue?
