Error ftde.xact.3323.1000319 on online Contour streaming
I've been watching TV using the contour on Cox, today I recieved this: Error ftde.xact.3323.1000319. It said that once I was logged out and logged back in it would be fixed. I have done that three times now and it still pops up!
Hi Cleckard, is this error occurring on the Contour receiver itself, watchtv.cox.com, or on the Cox Connect app? If this is happening on the app, have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? Please also make sure your device's operating system and software are up-to-date. -Kevin
