Cannot get into phone tools to check call history
Clicking on Phone Tools goes into an infinite sign-in loop. This started last night.
I emailed the following to Letitia:
"It's working now. Previously when it was in the sign-in loop for me it didn't give an option to log out and retry, it only showed a link to 'go straight to your destination.' Clicking on it didn't work and I couldn't get back to the Cox home page to log out. Whatever you did must have fixed it."
After sending the emailed it dawned on me I failed to mention that clicking on Settings is when the sign-in loop started. It works now and I'm a happy camper. Thanks to all.
