Cannot get into phone tools to check call history

Clicking on Phone Tools goes into an infinite sign-in loop.  This started last night.

    I emailed the following to Letitia:

    "It's working now.  Previously when it was in the sign-in loop for me it didn't  give an option to log out and retry, it only showed a link to 'go straight to your destination.'   Clicking on it didn't work and I couldn't get back to the Cox home page to log out.  Whatever you did must have fixed it."

    After sending the emailed it dawned on me I failed to mention that clicking on Settings is when the sign-in loop started. It works now and I'm a happy camper.  Thanks to all.

Can you try again and report back what happens either here or via email?  If you get the error message that your profile won't load, please click the "log out and try again button" before logging back in again.

    I don't think clicking Settings had anything to do with it.  If you're talking about Voice Tools Settings, you'd need to have already been signed in to do that.  Also, I had the same issue with signing in and I didn't click any settings.
