Why did Cox delete its TV guide?

On their website, Cox used to have a pretty-good guide for TV shows. I couldn’t just scroll down through all the channels, but I could easily see the TV listing by time period for my area, identify the ones that were new shows vs repeats, and get a description. (Plus you could highlight different types, but I didn’t do that.)

But not for the last several days. Does anyone know why they dropped it? I’ve tried online customer support, but their staff doesn’t see any difference between a listing of channels and a listing of the actual shows.

titanic.com doesn't have all the channels. I think Washington Post had the same ones. But not WETA/Uk

The page is there but doesn't work with a MacPro. Thanks. May have to go shopping but really appreciate everyone's help.

Because you're able to access it on another device I suggest clearing the cache and cookies on the MacPro and see if that helps.

I tried looking on my account tab--TV listing is not operational with a MacPro. ContourTv didn't work also. Guess I have to go shopping
