what is up with the crappy connection??

(Lakewood, OH 44107)
I have to reboot my modem/router at LEAST 2x a day because the internet keeps dropping. (3x today already and it's only noon!)
This has been going on for a few months now but has gotten progressively worse this month. 
What is going on???? (yes i realize a lot of people are working/schooling from home)

(A Verizon 5G tower was installed outside my apartment complex--could this be messing with my signal??)

    More than likely it's the communication with your modem with Cox service (I and others have the same issue). Review your event log files and ask for a tech's feedback (event log is located in your modem through the management console).

    Cell tower has no relation to your internet as they're on an entirely different network of their own.
