What happens if I exceed my data usage before the 15th of May, but my billing cycle doesn't end until June 4th?

With the billing paused for excessive data until 5/15/20.  My billing cycle ends 5/4/20  Am I on the normal plan 5/4/20 to 5/15/20 or does the data get reset to my limit?

If I'm over my data for the moth, will I be charged from data usage from 5/4/20 to 5/15/20 or will I immediately be in an overage situation?

Just want to know what's going to happen for those two weeks.  It's unclear from your public statement.

Thanks,

Hi MarceloW. The data usage cycle doesn't necessarily follow the billing cycle because data is billed the next month. To check your data cycle, you can log into your Cox account or use the Cox app and check the data usage meter to determine the cycle. We have not been given any further information regarding what is going to happen with overages if customers are in the middle of a data cycle. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator

My data usage cycle ends on May 9th. Does my unlimited usage until May 16th end up counting against the next data cycle making me pay for overage? Knowing Cox ?
