- LisaH5 years agoModeratorHi MarceloW. The data usage cycle doesn't necessarily follow the billing cycle because data is billed the next month. To check your data cycle, you can log into your Cox account or use the Cox app and check the data usage meter to determine the cycle. We have not been given any further information regarding what is going to happen with overages if customers are in the middle of a data cycle. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
