For some reason I get more technically informed information from the Twitter chat give it a try sometime. One of the agents knew who I was so how can that be if they aren't local?
The Twitter people are local(at least to the US), just not the people who run chat. Oliver is a bot that run's on chat but it also has outsourced representatives. I have asked them straight out and they have said they are not the same group as the Social Media Team.

They are very helpful but still can't resolve all the bugs.

I just wish they had tools like Edgehealth and other things that diagnose modem issues. I hear CAG has it but I don't think the Social Media Team does. They might have access to Homeview or Home Certification which is a less powerful tool.

MOST of the CAG doesn't have it either, and when I was there only about 4 people in CAG had it.
