I just want to mention that I also deleted all cookies and web data several times, still doesn't work with Firefox.
I tried Cox tech support and tried to make them understand that they need to report this as a bug after the tech support guy only checked my signal and gave up. He didn't seem to undertand the concept of recording bugs.

Just something to think about, you said you are using the LATEST version of Firefox, try an earlier version.

The OP said he's using the same version of Firefox that's been working since September. It only just stopped working this weekend. That rules out a bad update.

As Curt pointed out, I didn't update Firefox. I said I was using the latest version (an attempt to prevent people from just suggesting I "update to the latest version of Firefox" as a solution). The browser is the same one I've been using since Sept with no issue. Cox suddenly stopped streaming this weekend with no update to my browser or computer.
Also, all cookies were deleted, etc. No fix.
After multiple attempts to problem solve I reinstalled, no fix. Then I tried the ESR version, no fix- Cox still won't stream.- DRVEGAS2 years agoValued Contributor
Have you tried using a different device? If it works using a different device then the problem is with the device.
