There's no "error" message, it's just eh channel load screen that endlessly cycles through it's loading cycle but never loads.

That load screen is displayed immediately before the sign in screen. You probably have an authentication issue. If you saved your userid and password in the browser, the settings entry may be corrupted. Try deleting your Cox sign in credentials from your Foxfire browser settings. That should cause the Cox sign in screen to be displayed allowing you to sign in. The browser should prompt you to re-save your credentials.
- Load watchtv.cox.com website.
- Go to site settings. Delete cox.com and watchtv.cox.com cookies.
- With the browser still open, go to browser settings and make an offline note of the userid and password for website: login.cox.com (failsafe). (I'm not familiar where that's located in Firefox settings).
- Delete the entry for website: login.cox.com
- Close the browser.
- Load watchtv.cox.com website again.
- The Cox sign in page should display. Manually enter your userid and password. The browser should save your re-entered credentials.
Your browser may have several entries for different Cox websites, userids, and passwords. Make an offline note of the website, userid, and password before deleting an entry. But, if you've been using multiple browsers and saving your userid and password in each, you could use the other browser's settings as a reference. That might be necessary if you need to re-enter a userid or password manually that you've forgotten and failed to make an offline note for.

Thanks.
Did that, no fix. Still stuck on the black page that is supposedly loading channels, even though I deleted all cookies (again) deleted any and all log ins for Cox, restarted browser, etc. - DRVEGAS2 years agoValued Contributor
Have you tried a different device? If it works using a different device then that means that it's a device issue.

If this is on a MAC, and I know this sounds odd, but open safari and clear the cache and cookies for all time, then close safari, and try to login with safari, THEN try firefox.

Thanks, just tried it but it didn't do anything.

Deleting cookies again just prior to deleting your credentials from the browser was to ensure your credentials weren't stored anywhere when you reloaded the website. Did you do all the steps, in the order listed, including deleting your userid and password from Firefox settings? When I tested, my credentials seemed to be in the entry for login.cox.com, but there are several Cox userid and password entries, so the one being used for watchtv.cox.com isn't obvious. Can you temporarily turn off the setting in Forefox to use stored browser userid and password for authentication without deleting the entries? Given where your sign in process gets stuck, I still believe you have an authentication issue,
