Internet Dropping

Had issues with my own modem and router and switched to the panoramic modem/router combo. Still have the same issue! WiFi shows connected but no internet. This happens 6-20 times per day. I can turn off WiFi on my phone and it immediately connects to sites I was trying to reach on WiFi. My daughter works from home and is very frustrated with Cox internet. Any help is appreciated.
