I have never had this issue but I just moved into new apartments and trying to connect to wifi with PlayStation and it says the router is preventing you from connecting. What does this mean, every other device connects just fine but the PS5. Please help!

How far away from the WiFi router is the PS5? Is it a Cox pano wifi modem router, or is it a third party device?
