Service Down Again

2nd time in 2 days the internet has gone down (Springdale, AR area) with another 2 or 3 downtimes in the past month. This seems to be a routine occurrence. The downtimes last hours not minutes. Very frustrating compounded by the fact this is the only provider.

    Same in Burke. Third time in the past couple weeks.  Unable to work from home for half the day, yet Cox will still expect prompt and full payment despite the poor service. I get that stuff happens, but this feels like poor planning on Cox's part.  No concern for customer impact. Extremely frustrating.
