Isn’t constant unscheduled unexpected Out Of Service - Poor Service a “Technical Topic Related To Cox Services”??? When a student is completing assignments online, the spouse and I are in the middle of a movie or program, then all of a sudden all services just go blank - dead, isn’t this a Cox Technical - Maintenance related issue??? If it was once or twice a month, or maybe at a time of day/night that we didn’t notice or we were unaware maybe that would be tolerable. But the service - technical outages are constant during the day and night - weekly, and this family household notices probably the majority of the outages due to TV and Internet services constantly being turned on in our home.
