Worst customer service of all time

What does it mean when you login to see if other customers are having negative experiences and it’s like Oprah handing out gifts. “You get a bad experience and you get a bad experience and you….”.  Mine was Aundrea, yeah she hung up on me, well “disconnected the call” she said.  I too, was calling about a billing issue (since I wasn’t getting anywhere in messenger) and I had the pleasure of getting Aundrea.

Hands down, this is the worst company and customer service I’ve ever experienced.  From the folks in the stores to the folks on the phone the culture of this company is horrible.  I’m not trying to sound mean, I think the folks who are working at Cox were fired from other reputable companies.  Employees have to know how bad it is.

The person or AI bot that may respond to this message can save your time.  I’d go back to rotary phones or AOL CD ROM disk if I had no choice but Cox. Fortunately there are options.

There are always options for another ISP, there just may not be options that are better then the ISP you say is so terrible. If nothing else you should have cellular and satellite internet options.

In general, what is your purpose of posting here? If you have a complaint for Cox, file something with the FCC or BBB or email/call Cox. This is a public forum for customers to troubleshoot technical issues with other customers. Why does no one read the forum sticky?

Who do you expect or want to respond to your post? I ask legitimately. Like it sounds like you want the person you talked to to get reprimanded so wouldn't you want to complain to Cox? As for me responding, why not? If it wasn't for us 3 helping customers what would be the point of this place?

It means you're a troll looking for other trolls.

not a good response to his question be a little more sympathetic people do get mad because the have issues and are treated badly. but you dont have to be an antagonist by calling names

  • I do sympathize with you and the experience you have had . , thats where this chat community comes in because you may find knowledgeable people here that can help you find a solution to the issue your are having. i have had a lot of issues with cox and i have bumped my head against the wall plenty of times trying to find some one with a simblance of technical knowlege i have grown use to solving other peoples issues. that when i have the problems i just want to find someone to tech my issues.but i found out that is not the case

i have to use my knowledge to tech my own issues

  • are you not the manager of this group and these are your rules so why would you post a hateful remark

Here are a few ground rules before we get started:

    • Be respectful. Hostile, derogatory, or mean posts will be removed.
    • Please don’t post your personal information, like account number, phone number, social security number, address, or any other sensitive information. We’ll remove posts that contain these things, but the Cox Forums Team can’t be responsible for who may see it before we do.
    • The Cox Forums Team deletes spam comments, removes copyrighted material, and generally tries to keep these conversations open and available for Cox subscribers to ask questions, get help, and discuss their experiences.

If that was directed to me, I'm not a Cox employee so no, I am not the "manager of this group".  Instead of posting Forum Rules trying to make a dumb point, do some research.  If you had, you'd know how to identify Cox moderators.  Refer back to my first post in this discussion.  It looks like OP succeeded.
