Worst customer service
I had Internet after the storm and then all of a sudden it was taken down. When that happened something happened with my modem/router when COX took down the Internet for my neighborhood. I am being told I will be charged to send a tech out when I wasn't the one that did anything to my service. This is the 3rd time in 10 months I have argued with a tech about getting my stuff fixed. The last time my Internet was out more than 6 weeks and they still couldn't give me a turn around time. I've always had cox internet but seriously thinking about switching. Why stay with a company that can't get their **bleep** together.
