Outage/refund
Another outage in San Clemente. How do I go about getting a refund on my monthly payment. I’m not getting what I paid for, it’s only right.

LisaH. I am with Pmh074 on refunds. Our outage in Henderson, NV was supposed to be resolved at 645 and here we are almost at 8pm without internet. In addition, customer service via chat was disappointing. Doesn’t matter if you contact them, only information they provided to me was “we are working hard and eta for resolution is 645pm”. We need a refund or better service from Cox.
