Its back!! Hopefully Becky is still here in the forums. Im getting constant packet loss at hop 2.

Any moderators that could look in to this would be great. The loss % will be anywhere from 2% to 35% and it is constant. I spoke with an agent on the app messaging but he said he had no idea what to ...

Were you able to reboot the modem, ff so did it help at all?

Sorry I had to delete my last reply, i was getting out of line and it was a nasty comment. There was a boom trruck in my neighborhood working on some stuff about an hour ago and now my pingplotter is showing no packet loss, hopefully its no fluke and the tech found and fixed the problem. Ill be back if the problem comes back.
