Here is my latest responses that I believe answers your questions: Also after having the below conversation I tested the connection to speedtest.net via a Laptop connected to the modem via a CAT 6 ethernet cable. I only received a speed of 286.4 Mbps Down and 10.8 Mbps Up.

In Summary: If your Plan Speed In the Cox Wifi App when running a speedtest does not match your service speed on your Cox.com account. You will most likely need to have Cox Support "Fully" Reprovision your Modem.

I apologize for any interruption if you were actively online, but this should be working now. I was able to fully reprovision the modem and now it is showing the proper quality of service for 500 Mbps download.

So the configuration file was correct but a reprovision fixed it? Hmm. Sounds contradictory but glad it worked! Still not getting the 50Mbps upload though. Maybe soon.
