I've not seen any known issues on POP servers. We have discontinued server names containing east, west or central, and have updated security requirements when using third party email clients in order to help protect customer information. Information on the updates can be found at
www.cox.com/.../updating-email-client-settings-to-protect-your-information.html but these updates are for outgoing settings.
POP settings should also be secured. Additional information for these settings can be found at
www.cox.com/.../cox-email-server-settings.html.
