3 years ago is suddenly timing out.

When receiving email is timing out.  It was working fine even a short while ago.  Anybody else having the same problem?

    Cox is performing maintenance will be performed on the Cox email platform on August 12, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. ET.

      It is well past 9 AM ET and nothing has happened.  In any case, it would be nice if Cox would inform us about such activities, preferably in advance, and their periodic progress in an easily accessible web page which would save us a lot of headache and wild goose chase.  Otherwise whenever I have contacted Cox tech support, their standard reaction has been to suspect my setup, suggesting needless actions and causing frustration.

      I am also having issues with email connecting to Also, when I attempt to ping the "" address, the ping fails with 100% packet loss.

      It is currently 11:59 ET on 12-August, so this maintenance should have completed several hours ago. Is this not completed, or is there a new issue?
