Hi Tap Blanks, are you able to unpair the device from your in-home WiFi network? Meaning, are you able to disconnect from the WiFi? Please make sure your phone's operating system is up-to-date with the latest software. Also, have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
