Hi Carlacat. You can use the Cox Panoramic Wifi app via any mobile device to see if those devices are paused. If all your other devices are working except these, you may need to contact Amazon to get help reconnecting these devices. You can also reset the gateway back to factory default by using a toothpick, paperclip or pen and pressing the little black button below the coax cable and holding it for 60 seconds. Please keep in mind that if you do this, any settings you have saved including the network names and passwords will be wiped out and you will need to set it up again. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
