Password blocked and had to call in to COX to have it changed

Called COX and was told my password was randomly blocked

Got the desk top changed and updated lap top but now my emails are not updated on IPHONE

This happened last year for over a year no one could help and then suddenly after about a year I was able to get the emails on my phone

Is there something I am supposed to do on  my phone o get the mail again?

    There are multiple settings needed to successfully receive your email on a client device. If any one of the setting option is wrong, the connection will fail. Here's a link to walk you through each one. Please let us know if the issue continues once your settings have been verified.

    Nothing random about it. If your password was blocked, your account was found to be compromised. You need to change your password to something it has never been, but I would contact Cox and ask them why they thought it was compromised to begin with. Any signs of malware on any of your computers? Do you give your username/password to any friends or family?
