I thought I could save a few nickels by lowering my service level; now it seems that not only have I given up some speed, but my internet connection is completely down. Is this retaliation for my daring to try to reduce the exorbitant price I pay for your "service"?
It's exactly this kind of behavior that makes people despise your company - your practice of charging grossly inflated prices while failing to deliver reliable service.
It's why your customers will vote to end your monopoly at every opportunity. And why I very much look forward to my next chance to do EXACTLY THAT!
