No equipment

I just purchased the Panoramic WiFi Gateway $70 plan this past weekend and haven’t received any updates on the modem, there is no tracking or even instruction that it will be mailed and to wait for it. I’ve reached out to support to even just confirm I need to wait for it in the mail and they won’t, so I’m not sure. They insist I have a modem or need to contact my leasing office, who only refers me back to Cox as they don’t provide them. I’ve never had Cox until now so I wouldn’t have anything for it. I called the store near me and left a message, they never got back to me.
