Just got that Big update finished in my neighborhood now speeds have halfed ?

last weekend they finally finished the Big Update we got fliers and E-Mails then this friday internet goes out for an hour no warning and now the download speed is cut in half from mid 550 mbps to 250 mbps. What was the point of the upgrade if we get worse speeds ?

    Hi @Gotcha29,

    We definitely understand how frustrating it is to have speeds drop after an update. I checked your modem and there are a few resets and timeouts on it. Also are there any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your modem? If so can you bypass the splitter/amplifier and plug it directly into the wall from the modem?

      no splitters no amplifiers straght line from co to modem brand new cable on my end worked great for almost a week now the speed has been cut in half its not on my end.
