Horrible up speeds Gigablast

I've been having nothing but trouble with my up speed for 2 months now. I've had around 14 techs come out now. I'm wondering if I should make a FCC complaint at this point. I need a decent up speed because I have to work from home and I do a lot of video conferencing. Due to covid I have no choice but to work from home and its hard to do that because Cox can't get their up load speeds to work.

Here is what has happened for 2 months now

  1. Call phone support to complain
  2. Have a tech scheduled to come out
  3. Tech does nothing and schedules maintenance to come out
  4. Wait for the maintenance team to come out and do something
    1. You have no way to know if they came out or even did anything
  5. Wait a few days to a week then go back to step 1 and start all over

Only the techs can schedule maintenance to come out so basically they visit my house to do nothing but put in a ticket with maintenance.

      So what will sending an e-mail to this address do that all the phone calls and tech visits won't?
