Horrible up speeds Gigablast
I've been having nothing but trouble with my up speed for 2 months now. I've had around 14 techs come out now. I'm wondering if I should make a FCC complaint at this point. I need a decent up speed because I have to work from home and I do a lot of video conferencing. Due to covid I have no choice but to work from home and its hard to do that because Cox can't get their up load speeds to work.
Here is what has happened for 2 months now
- Call phone support to complain
- Have a tech scheduled to come out
- Tech does nothing and schedules maintenance to come out
- Wait for the maintenance team to come out and do something
- You have no way to know if they came out or even did anything
- Wait a few days to a week then go back to step 1 and start all over
Only the techs can schedule maintenance to come out so basically they visit my house to do nothing but put in a ticket with maintenance.
