Horrible customer service

I called Cox to discuss my Home bill which was due in 4 days. For some reason, I was transferred to an 'Andrea' in 'Collections'. Let me just say that I've been a Cox bundle customer for over 7 years and have NEVER been so much as one minute late, EVER. Andrea started treating me like some deadbeat who owed her money! I don't appreciate that attitude towards one of Cox's ideal customers, ME! She continued with her attitude until I had to, ummmm, leave the conversation.  What a terrible face for Cox to put on their customer service image. If the other company wasn't so inept, I would drop Cox like a bad habit.
