Have the nerve to say something solved
This isn’t and never was solved are they listening to what I was saying probably not just like the negligence before I need a call back then it solved can I come to cox and talk to someone ? Or you sweep your poor staffing team a reward form not helping ! They was so know it all whom says they still not listening this is worst experience in customer service ever and gave out 10 bucks take it back then if that solved it
