Fast download but no upload?
I already had a tech that came out and all signals checked out but I intermittently get these horrible near non-existent upload speeds. PLEASE SOMEONE FIX IT!!!

Hi Kobrakommandor,
I took a look at your modem and I see some bad signal levels & a few timeouts. Also are there any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your modem? If so can you bypass the splitter/amplifier and plug it directly into the wall from the modem?
