extending service area: Virginia

Good evening, I am looking for information about extending service to the area code 23156. From your website it appear that the county directly across the main road has cox service. I am interested in finding out what I can do to get cox service to our house. Please let me know who I need to contact and rough estimate of charges. Thank you!
