A tech came over and after hours of talking and discussing we decided to try out a standalone modem and use my own router and all the packetloss I was getting and my upload speed issues, were gone instantly.
Thanks for this info. I finally got ahold of someone today that is emailing both the field tech supervisors in my area and the engineers that work on my local node. Every other time I've contacted Cox, no one else has done this. THIS is what it looks like when someone takes ownership of a problem and does their job. Not the mindless let's send out a field tech over and over again.
